1.人行道隔离设施是设置在人行道外边缘,起保护行人在人行道上有秩序地活动,并有防止行人任意步入和横穿车行道的作用。

6.人行道隔离设施开口是提供车辆和行人遵照规定通行的通道口,应根据交通管理需要在确保安全情况下进行设置。

7.设置人行道隔离护栏遇障碍物,如消防拴、邮箱和电杆等,应采取避让原则,或者将护栏开口与障碍物进行结合,在不影响障碍物功能的前提下,保持护栏的连续性、美观性。
