在我们使用隔离墩模具之前,先用水将其进行浸泡,增强它的韧性,增加模具的使用寿命。存放必须定置定位,为不同的护坡模具保存建立不同的库位。在保存前,必须进行防腐蚀处理及保护,不可以受到阳光的直射,也不可放在腐蚀性药品周围。护坡模具应贮存于常温干燥库中,避免重力挤压,不允许与有毒有害物质混放,远离热源。这样既能节约成本又能使生产工作顺利进行。
Before we use the isolation pier mold, we soak it with water to enhance its toughness and increase the service life of the mold. Storage must be fixed and positioned to establish different storehouses for different slope protection moulds. Before preservation, it must be treated and protected from direct sunlight or placed around corrosive drugs. Slope protection mold should be stored in the room temperature drying warehouse to avoid gravity extrusion, not allowed to mix with toxic and harmful substances, away from the heat source. This can save costs and make production work smoothly.
