3.1 原材料
3.1 Raw Materials
(1)水泥:海豹 PO42.5 ,抗压强度3d为24.9MPa、28d为50.9MPa。
(1) Cement: Seal PO42.5, compressive strength 24.9 MPa for 3 days and 50.9 MPa for 28 days.
(2)钢铁渣复合粉:宝钢钢渣微粉占比20%,宝田S95矿粉占比80%,采用规模化产线混匀制成;活性指数7d为83%、28d为103%。
(2) Composite powder of iron and steel slag: 20% of Baosteel slag powder, 80% of Baotian S95 powder, made by mixing large-scale production line; the activity index is 83% in 7d and 103% in 28d.
(3)粉煤灰:宝钢CⅡ级,细度17%、需水量比99%、安定性2mm。
(3) Fly ash: Baosteel Class C II, fineness 17%, water requirement 99%, stability 2mm.
(4)细骨料:转炉滚筒渣砂,细度模数3.1;黄砂,细度模数2.0。
(4) Fine aggregate: converter drum slag sand, fineness modulus 3.1; yellow sand, fineness modulus 2.0.
(5)粗骨料:5-25mm碎石;5-25mm电炉热泼渣。
(5) Coarse aggregate: 5-25mm gravel; 5-25mm electric furnace hot slag.
(6)外加剂:羧酸类混凝土泵送剂SLH-997。
(6) Additives: Carboxylic acid concrete pumping agent SLH-997.
